The location was great right on the beach and close to restaurants and casino. The hotel is very nice inside and outside. The vending machine was quite helpful also.

Have stayed here for five consecutive years. If there are issues generally taken care of right away. Was glad to know that they went back to being staffed 24 hours this last year. Older hotel but comfortable.

The location is excellent. The room was perfect for the 3 adults traveling. A king bed in back with door out to balcony overlooking Lake Huron. And a queen in front area with a couch. Very large bathroom plus an extra large vanity coffee bar in between bedding area. Highly recommend.

everything was good. Sandra the housekeeper was great. The view from the room, everything in the room, the pool was good. 2 year old loved everything. the middle of mackinaw city shopping and food is about 1 mile away but there are good sidewalks and it's an easy walk for whatever you need.

We booked a king room and got a 2 room suite with a king bed in one room with a 65" flat screen TV and a queen bed room with a 55" flat screen TV. There was a wet bar and bathroom between the rooms. We also had a balcony overlooking the Bay and the Big Mac bridge. The room was clean, the shower had good pressure hot water, and the location was great. The bed was comfortable.

Room was very spacious, balcony right on the beach, a beautiful view, we booked a king room but got updated to a deluxe family room for no extra charge as it was available. We stayed for 2 nights and had regular cleaning service everyday. Despite guests all around us, the rooms were very quiet and nice at night. No disturbance.

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were clean and well stocked. The staff was very friendly and super helpful with any questions we had. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, so I'm not sure how it is but we did grab cups of coffee on the way out. It was hot and flavorful. They give you plenty of options to make it the way you like it.

The staff were very pleasant.. Selina was VERY accommodating and fun .. we really enjoyed her. She was helpful in providing information about the local eateries and activities. The gentleman at the breakfast buffet was very friendly. The location was perfect‼️

It is 2nd time staying this summer. The room is quiet and spacious with a beautiful lake view. The beds and pillows are comfortable. In the morning you can see the sunrise from the balcony. The air is so fresh and the water from the faucet is good. It is located in a quiet part of Mackinaw City. The building is solid but the interior is getting worn out. I would stay here when we are in town. Highly recommended!
